About Us

Riaan Louw started repairing speakers part time from 1988. By 1989 the demand for this type of repair increased to such an extent that Riaan started full time in the speaker repair business. Riaan built a workshop and started working a full day, five days a week.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Appointments

Please message us via our Business Whatsapp before visiting our premises.

We thank you for your consideration and we try our best to be available for non-appointment times. When in doubt, give us a Whatsapp first.

2. Car Speakers

Please go to your nearest car audio installation/car audio removal company to retrieve the speaker/parts for you.

That requires the repair or fault find. (We do not do car electrical installations or speaker removals.)

3. Free Quote (Drop & Go)

We'll message you back, with the estimate, after the fault find.

Simply drop off the speaker needing a fault find/quote and we'll let you know what we've found or how much the repair will cost if you choose to go ahead.

4. Turnaround Times

We will advise +- on the potential turnaround time.

Keep in mind we might need to source new replacement materials & parts, custom make parts wait for bonding to set. We thank you for being patient.

5. Go Ahead (Accepting Quote)

Giving go ahead/accepting the quote: Please bring both sets of speakers for the comparison test/deposit. We may ask for a upfront % to cover materials & parts.

We may use the comparison speaker as security for when the customer fails to pay us, in a timely fashion.

keep in mind, blasting your speakers at full volume above their ideal duration time may cause the heat resistant glue to melt due to going way above the norms. We use a strong heat resistant glue. Please consult us on the proper time + volume that your speaker can handle.
